glitter & lights and everything merry & bright

Welcome to our festive home. That is what you see as you walk in the front door.

Christmas napkins on the coffee table aka our dinner table by choice.

I picked up these serving pieces at Wal-Mart. LOVE the polka dots.
I can't wait to fill them full of goodies.
Kitchen windowsill

{our walls are not really a puke green color.}
I am on the hunt for some tall skinny candlesticks and stocking holders for the mantle.
I can't find any that I love. Maybe next year...

Wrapping paper is probably one of my favorite parts of Christmas.

I wish my camera could really capture the glittery sticks at the top of my tree.
I used the same things in my mantle garland. I love the glitter!

All of your decorations look beautiful! I love the topper on your Christmas tree. Jesse and I are trying to think of something different we could use as a topper for our tree. Hopefully I come up with something before Christmas is here.

Everything looks so festive and great! No way those serving pieces are from Wal-Mart! I am going to have run there after work. Where would I even look?

You are probably the best present wrapper I've ever seen! I end up throwing everything in gift bags. Lame!

Your house looks great! I have most of my decorations up, minus the tree. I'm hoping to get that done w/in the next few days! And Orangetree sounds yummy! Do you know if they have one in OKC?

Very festive, Lindsey Lou! Do people ever call you that? I get it a lot! Anyway, I love glitter sticks, in fact, I nearly broke the bank with glittery sticks last year. They do show up fairly well in your pics. I struggled with good Christmas tree pictures until this year. A friend of mine suggested taking a picture in the daylight, and it worked for me! At last, my hard work was finally photographable!

I love everything. Your tree is so pretty! Those glittery sticks are gorgeous. And I have a lot of that same wrapping paper, but haven't started wrapping yet. I'm glad to see that it looks every bit as good on the gifts as it did in the store!
